Then you want to be a vendor at Blarney In The Alley, a one-of-a-kind street fair in the heart of the Historic BriHi District of Dublin, Ohio to be held in 2010.

The 2010 summer Blarney In The Alley is a ONE-DAY event, 10am to 4pm.
Vendor set-up time: 8am
Vendor tear-down: 4pm
Limited electrical service MAY BE provided upon prior request (you may bring a portable generator if needed)
The 2010 Blarney In The Alley will be held RAIN or SHINE
Vendor fees are NOT refundable after April 30th, 2010

| Rules and Requirements For Vendors:
No VENDOR MAY, without the written permission from Blarney House Charities, Inc., assign, sublet or apportion all or any part of the privileges or of the space assigned to him, nor permit any other party to exhibit herein, not to distribute any literature or advertising materials or products, for the purpose of promoting any business other than that of the exhibitor to whom the space is assigned.
BOOTHS MUST BE MANNED AT ALL TIMES.
BOOTH DISPLAYS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH EXHIBITOR. Exhibitors must provide their own protective covering to shield them against inclement weather including wind, sleet, snow, and heavy rain. Tents must be weighted down to ensure stability.
VENDORS CAN LOAD AND UNLOAD BEFORE AND AFTER Blarney In The Alley during the times and dates noted above. If more supplies are needed during the festival please use handcarts, etc. to carry products to your booth. No vendor shall be allowed to remove any portion of his or her booth’s display until the times noted. Vendors violating this policy will lose all priority and may be excluded from next year’s show.
Vendors are required to stay within their leased space.
SECURITY: It is the sole responsibility of each Participant to secure the exhibit area assigned to them and the belongings contained therein. Blarney Brothers assumes no liability for any personal loss or injury to the participant’s staff and/or booth guests or for loss, damage or theft of any individual’s belongings. Blarney Brothers, Ltd. shall not be required to maintain security or provide insurance for any damage or loss to any individual or any individual’s property.
Blarney House Charities, Inc. RESERVES THE RIGHT the cancel or close Blarney In The Alley if, in the reasonable opinion of Blarney House Charities, Inc., the Blarney In The Alley premises are damaged or destroyed so as to render them untenable or unfit or should any circumstance beyond the control of Blarney Brothers, Ltd. make impossible the fulfillment of its part of this contract.
Each participant agrees to protect, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Blarney House Charities, Inc. and its officers, directors, agents, heirs, or any person, organization or company associated with Blarney In The Alley against loss, damages or expense by reason of suits, claims, demands, judgments and causes of action caused by Participant or the Participant’s guest arising out of or in consequence of the performance of this contract.
Blarney House Charities, Inc. cannot and does not guarantee attendance or profit levels. Any loss is sustained by the Participant.
The Participant hereby agrees to provide a copy of the Ohio Vendor’s license (if applicable) and proof of liability insurance with Blarney House Charities, Inc. and The City Of Dublin, Ohio named as additional insured with the return of the signed contract.
